Dr Sonia Sinha Joshi B.D.S(Hons.), MFDS RCS(Eng), MSc(Periodontology)

Dr Sonia Sinha Joshi qualified from Guy’s King’s and St Thomas’ Dental Institute in 2002. She graduated with distinction and numerous prizes including those for Restorative Dentistry and Periodontology. She was subsequently nominated for the prestigious University of London Gold Medal. After completing a residency in Oral Surgery and Restorative Dentistry, Sonia entered General Practice where she continued to develop her interest in Periodontology and gained Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons, Royal College of Surgeons of England. Sonia commenced the Masters in Clinical Dentistry (Periodontology) in 2006 and was recently awarded the Clinical Fellowship award from the British Society of Periodontology for excellence with in her field. She has published several articles and has presented her work nationally. At present, Sonia works in Private Practice where her main interest and focus lies within the diagnosis and management of periodontal conditions.
