Dr. Moira Baldiraghi

Moira has done her Doctor in Dentistry from Faculty of Dentistry, University of Pavia, Italy. She graduated with top marks (110/110) magna cum laude (with honours) on 20th of October 2005. She was awarded a four year studentship due to high average performance.
Her areas of special clinical interest include special interest in multidisciplinary cases that require detailed planning and co-ordination of several specialist branches of dentistry. She also has a special interest in oral surgery procedures and cosmetic/restorative dentistry.
She currently hold the following posts:

• Member of The British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry
• Member of the Italian Academy of Conservative and Restorative Dentistry
• Member of the Association of Dental Implantology UK (ADI)

She had successfully completed training programs in Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry, Smile Design, Cerec and Lumineers crowns and has carried out most of her Cosmetic training in Milan, Italy as well as recently completed a one year course in Aesthetic Anterior and Posterior composite restorations held by David Klaff (specialist prosthodontic) here in UK.

She worked for 3 years at the San Matteo Hospital (Pavia), in Conservative and Restorative dentistry department, in the Oral Pathology department and also as general dentist with special interest in cosmetic dentistry in a private practice in Pavia.
She had almost 6 years of experience, has excellent communication skills and because she is very enthusiastic about her job, patients are usually impressed with the way she interacts with them.
Moira moved to the UK almost 3 years ago. She has undergone and continues her postgraduate education in several countries with world leaders in several fields of dentistry and dental technology. At the moment she is also attending a part time diploma in implant dentistry held by the Royal college of London.

She enjoys going to the theatre, cinemas & pubs. Being Italian she loves food. In her spare time she likes going to the gym for a little of exercise, swimming, skiing and in the summers she goes sailing.She also enjoys travelling and has travelled to Turkey, Greece, Germany, Austria, UK, France, Sweden, Denmark, and USA.
